Payment confirmation email
You will receive a payment confirmation from:
Subject: Thank you for your support!
From: Knights Of Columbus <contact@transaction.mailer.zeffy.com>
That email shows the amount of your Zeffy tip as: “Optional contribution to Zeffy”
What if I accidentally tipped Zeffy more than I intended?

Look for your payment confirmation email:
Subject: Thank you for your support!
From: Knights Of Columbus <contact@transaction.mailer.zeffy.com>

Click the link in the email: Manage your payments on your Zeffy account
- 3.
Create a password to create Zeffy account, then sign into your Zeffy account.
- 4.
Click on the payment.
- 5.
Click Adjust tip.
- 6.
Scroll down, and set the desired tip amount.
You should receive an email from Zeffy confirming your refund.
The Knights of Columbus does not have visibility into Zeffy optional contributions / tips, and you must request a refund directly from Zeffy.
